Reminder: When it comes to issues of concern, the impacted homeowner (or tenant) should be reaching out to Law Enforcement agencies directly to ensure that issues are addressed by the appropriate agency, and within the required legal process. HOA Board members should not be contacted in lieu of Law Enforcement, nor are they expected to address issues which require support from Law Enforcement.
